Group Spin Class

Group Spin Class: Join fitness instructor Susan for a fun and motivating group ride! In this class, you will work on your strength and endurance through a combination of intervals, hills, and sprints designed to improve your overall aerobic fitness. All levels are welcome! Our bikes are equipped with SPD clips for those using cycling shoes, but gym shoes are also perfectly acceptable. Instructor: Susan.

Stretch & Core: Take 45 minutes out of your day to lengthen your muscles and tighten your core. This class will help improve your range of motion, improve your balance, and work your core. All levels are welcome. Instructor: Susan.
